The World Bank’s agenda for strengthening health systems still depends on improving the health workforce (World Bank, 2013).
Nigeria, as the most populous country in Africa, faces significant issues in providing adequate healthcare services to its citizens. The management of resources in hospitals is essential for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services. This study aims to explore the various aspects of resource management in Nigerian hospitals, including human resources, financial resources, and medical supplies.

This study will be of immense significance in the following ways:
